2. What data we collect
We collect information you provide directly — your name, contact details, site address, and any information about your security requirements — when you request a quote or enter into a contract with us.
We also collect operational data generated during service delivery: patrol logs, incident reports, CCTV footage at client sites (where installed), and communication records between our controllers and your team.
3. How we use your data
We use your information to deliver security services, respond to enquiries, issue quotes and invoices, meet legal and regulatory obligations, and improve our service.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. How long we keep it
We retain contract and operational records for up to seven years to meet our legal, tax, and insurance obligations. Enquiry data is kept for up to two years unless it develops into a contract.
5. Your rights
