1. Website use

You may browse this website for personal or business use. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, scrape content at scale, or use the site in any way that breaches UK law.

2. Service agreements

All security services are delivered under a separate written contract specifying scope, rates, payment terms, and service levels. The contract is the authoritative document for your engagement with BigEye Security Ltd.

3. Liability

BigEye Security Ltd carries appropriate public liability and employer's liability insurance for the security services it delivers. Liability limits and exclusions applicable to a specific engagement are set out in the contract for that engagement.

4. Intellectual property

All website content — copy, design, imagery, logos — is owned by BigEye Security Ltd or licensed to us. You may not reproduce or republish content without permission.

5. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
